Student registration is a simple online process where families select their CNBC church group and provide necessary medical and emergency details to ensure a safe, organized week at camp.
Leaders provide vital support by coordinating group transportation and serving as the primary connection point between the camp and the students' home congregations throughout the week.
Leader Registration — Opens April 1
To ensure proper ratios and accountability, camp leaders must complete their registration before student registration opens. This ensures we have a point person for your group and can send updates about your group.
2026 Registration Details
Early Bird
 Payment must be completed by May 31 to secure Early Bird pricing.
May 1 – May 31 | $499
Regular
Payment must be completed by June 30. Registrations with incomplete payments may be cancelled.
June 1- June 30 | $550
Registration Closure
Registration closes at midnight on June 30.
No new registrations or payments will be accepted after this date.
Late Registration
We understand that unique situations arise. Late registration may be considered for:

New students who begin attending your youth group after June 30

Families experiencing sudden financial or personal hardship

Students who receive new funding after the deadline
This option is not for students who simply missed the deadline.
