Medical Care & Safety

The health and safety of our campers are our absolute priorities. SYC Alberta maintains a professional medical center staffed 24/7 by licensed nurses and emergency responders. All medications must be checked in upon arrival in their original pharmacy containers to be managed by our health team.

Dietary Accommodations

We strive to ensure every student is well-nourished. Our culinary team is experienced in handling gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-allergy requirements. Please ensure all specific dietary needs are updated in your Parent Portal dashboard at least 14 days prior to the start of camp.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM on Sunday at the Main Lodge. For the safety of all students, pick-up is strictly at 10:00 AM on the following Saturday. A government-issued photo ID is required for all individuals authorized for student pick-up at the end of the week.
