Registration Overview
Students register individually through the SYC website and select the church group they are attending with. This ensures every student is connected to a leader who will support them before and during camp.
Leaders help families navigate the registration process, including scholarship applications. As students register, the main church leader will receive updated student lists. Leaders must review these lists, confirm all students belong to their group, and ensure they are aware of every student they will be responsible for at camp.
If a student appears on your list that you do not recognize, contact the SYC Team so we can verify their information.
Leader Registration — Opens April 1
At least one leader from each church must register in April before students can begin registering on May 1. This ensures we have a point person for your group and can send updates about your group.
